Return Guidelines:

Returns & Exchanges
Refunds
Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
Exchanges
To swap an item for another size, model, or variant:
- Email us with your order number and exchange request.
- Follow the provided return instructions.
- Once received, we'll ship the replacement item, subject to availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us promptly at info@stride-dublin.com. If your order is already processing or shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can return it after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
In case you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

- We'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
